Co-ordination of the Tourism Skills Network in Kent is undertaken by Kerstin Beeching who is based at Kent Tourism. She is the point of contact for training advice in the county.

A Partnership Action Plan for Businesses and People in Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure has been produced for Kent.
Opportunities on offer:
- One to one advice and support with organisational and individual's skills and training needs is offered.
- A range of training courses and workshops are offered in venues throughout Kent which include customer care - Welcome to Excellence and marketing.
