The quality of guest accommodation is an extremely important part of visitors’ experience.  To help us compete and attract visitors we need to ensure they have a memorable night’s stay, enjoyable breakfast and experience first class hospitality.

Why participate in the National Quality Assessment Scheme?

You may be a business already participating in the National Quality Assurance Scheme and would like to know how to build upon the skills and knowledge you have already gained. Alternatively, you may be a newcomer or a non-assessed establishment, looking to find out more about quality and potentially joining the scheme. You will learn how to improve your quality standards, exceed your visitors' expectations and have the opportunity to ask representatives from Quality in Tourism questions as well as network with like minded businesses.

The workshops are free of charge and lunch is included!
