Welcome to Excellence Training Courses

Welcome to Excellence

Welcome to Excellence is the most successful customer service training initiative in the UK. Over 300,000 people have already taken part since the first training course in 1993.

There are currently eight one-day training courses which provide front-line staff and managers with the skills needed to deliver great customer service as well as innovative short courses on specific themes. The training courses are frequently updated to reflect changing conditions and legislation and are delivered by highly specialist trainers.

***New update*** Welcome Host is now accredited by City and Guilds!
