Training Projects

As a leading provider of tourism training, Tourism South East is able to access a range of funding opportunities to help support tourism and hospitality businesses in the region by providing subsidised training and business support.

Many of the projects led by TSE are financed through the European Social Fund (ESF), which may be received via the Learning & Skills Council (LSC), South East England Development Agency (SEEDA), Business Link, the Government Office South East (GoSE) or occassionally through other partner organisations.  We also link in with the Government's Train to Gain brokerage service which offers free training in certain circumstances.

TSE is currently leading on a number of training initiatives, which includes Prosper Through People, Fresh Skills for Chefs and Hosting the World. Details of these can be obtained by contacting us or selecting the relevant title in the left hand menu.

To confirm the eligibility of your company to receive funding you will need to answer a few simple questions relating to the size of your business and any previous funding that you may have received. There are no strings attached, however any necessary paperwork needs to be completed prior to each course attended.  As we are very familiar with these documents, we can ensure the process is as simple as possible and will help you every step of the way.
